Access Control: Who Should Actually See a Client’s Login Details

Not every team member working on a project should see a client’s server or admin account password. When everyone assigned to a project automatically gets access to every password tied to it, risk grows in proportion to team size — whether or not everyone actually needs that access.

A smarter model: access to a specific system is granted only to whoever works with it directly, it’s visible who used it and when, and once the need is gone, access can be revoked without leaving loose ends anywhere else.
