When is this NOT yet a reason to switch?
One inconvenience, one missing feature, one unhappy employee — these are signals to improve how you’re using it, not necessarily reasons to replace the whole system.
When is it a real reason?
When the system structurally no longer fits your current business model (e.g., you’ve outgrown a simple contact list into complex project management), when support or updates have stopped, or when the price has grown out of proportion to the value you’re getting.
Switching costs something — time, data migration, team readjustment. So it’s worth making sure the problem is truly structural, not something a better configuration of your current system could fix.
